• Role & Company / Project Overview Globe Squad India is expanding and seeking experienced and passionate MICE Sales & Operations Professionals who can bring together business development, client servicing, and flawless event execution. If you understand the MICE industry, enjoy working with corporate clients, and can take an event from lead to proposal, booking, execution, and closure, this opportunity is ideal for you. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties Sales & Business Development: - Generate new corporate and MICE business. - Build and nurture relationships with corporate HR, Admin, Travel, and Procurement teams. - Develop and maintain corporate client accounts. - Handle enquiries for offsites, conferences, incentives, meetings, and group travel. - Prepare comprehensive proposals, itineraries, and commercial quotations. - Negotiate terms and close business. Operations & Execution: - Plan and coordinate MICE programs from start to finish. - Coordinate seamlessly with hotels, DMCs, transporters, vendors, and other operational partners. - Manage rooming lists, transfers, activities, events, and all on-ground requirements. - Ensure smooth execution and overall client satisfaction. - Be present on-site when required and handle last-minute challenges professionally. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated professional experience in MICE, Corporate Travel, Event Management, or Hospitality. - Strong domain knowledge of corporate events and group travel. - Prior experience handling both sales and event operations is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management abilities. - Strong vendor and destination coordination capabilities. - Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Faridabad, NCR, India. - Employment Type: Full-time. - Travel: Required to travel for client meetings and events as needed. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV for consideration.
