• Role & Company / Project Overview Xpert Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative on a permanent basis to join a client's busy manufacturing team. This role requires technical aptitude, comfort with numbers and computer systems, and attention to detail rather than being solely hands-on manual work. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Operating and monitoring production machinery - Utilizing computer systems and specialized production software - Checking measurements, production data, and tolerances - Inspecting finished products and actively spotting defects - Ensuring all manufactured products consistently meet stringent quality standards - Completing accurate and thorough production records • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Technically minded approach to manufacturing and production - Confident with computers, software systems, and numerical calculations - Methodical and detail-focused with an eye for spotting anomalies - Reliable work ethic with a strong quality-first mindset - Comfortable learning and adapting to new machinery and production processes • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: 40 hours per week - Shift pattern: Rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) - Employment type: Permanent position - Location: United Kingdom (Stoke-on-Trent area) • Compensation & Benefits - Permanent employment contract • Application Instructions Apply today or contact the recruitment team by phone or email for further details.
