### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring fluent English–Arabic (C1 level) Video Interpreters with a background in Call Centers or Cold Calling for a premier client operating within the healthcare sector. This is a fully remote position. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide accurate, fluent, and real-time video interpretation between English and Arabic speakers. • Comfortably handle video interpretation calls consistently throughout the entirety of each shift. • Facilitate clear communication for healthcare-related conversations and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • C1 fluency in both English and Arabic. • Proven background or prior experience in Call Center operations or Cold Calling. • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpretation skills. • Comfort and readiness to manage video interpretation calls throughout the assigned work hours. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Fully Remote / 100% Work from Home (Egypt). • Shift Length: 9 hours per shift, which includes a 1-hour break. • Schedule: Aligned with US time zones. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: EGP 30,000 to EGP 40,000 gross per month. ### Application Instructions • Submit your CV directly to the hiring team for evaluation and review.
