• Role & Company / Project Overview Puvana Water is looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional & Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the configuration, operational alignment, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform, effectively bridging business operations with technical teams to optimize enterprise workflows. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Configure and maintain core Dynamics 365 functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management). - Analyze cross-departmental workflows to identify gaps and implement functional solutions in D365. - Manage data mappings and integrations between Dynamics 365 and satellite systems (SalesBuzz, Odoo, custom portals). - Manage user access, security roles, master data integrity, and resolve functional support requests. - Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI and D365 reporting tools. - Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct end-user training. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Systems Administrator (Finance & Operations or Business Central). - Deep functional knowledge of core ERP processes (P2P, O2C, Inventory Control, Financial Reconciliation). - Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 module setup, workflow configuration, security roles, and reporting. - Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and data integration/migration tools. - Preferred Certification: Relevant Microsoft Certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full-time - Location: Egypt • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV. - Please write the position title in the email subject line.
