Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced EMR/EHR professional with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in eClinicalWorks (eCW) to serve as our EMR Team Lead. The role focuses on leading and developing our EMR team while driving system optimization, workflow improvements, user adoption, and continuous EMR enhancements across clinical and operational areas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead, mentor, and develop the EMR team members • Oversee daily EMR support operations and manage incoming support tickets • Drive eCW optimization and continuous workflow improvement initiatives • Identify inefficiencies and optimize clinical and operational workflows • Coordinate effectively with eClinicalWorks and external vendors • Oversee comprehensive EMR training programs, user onboarding, and system adoption • Ensure EMR data integrity, compliance, and governance • Lead EMR-related projects, system implementations, and change initiatives • Partner with IT and Compliance teams on system access, security, and HIPAA requirements • Work collaboratively with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Revenue Cycle, IT, Compliance, and Quality teams Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field • 5+ years of EMR/EHR professional experience • 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience • Strong understanding of ambulatory healthcare operations and clinical workflows • Proven experience supporting healthcare providers and clinical staff within an EMR environment • Strong project management and organizational capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications • Extensive eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience • FQHC experience • Healthcare technology team leadership experience • Workflow optimization and process redesign experience • Experience with EMR implementations, system upgrades, or new module rollouts • Healthcare analytics and reporting experience • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or healthcare reporting platforms • Experience with AI-assisted healthcare technologies and workflow automation • Health Informatics certification Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Country: Egypt Compensation & Benefits • Standard compensation package commensurate with leadership experience Application Instructions • Send your CV along with a short voice note introducing yourself in English via WhatsApp.
