Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Unit Manager for a multilingual call center project offering work-from-home (WFH) and part-time arrangements with very strong offers available. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and oversee unit operations within the call center team. - Supervise team leaders and agents to meet performance targets. - Ensure high customer service and communication quality across campaigns. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role/call center environment is required. - Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills. - Multilingual skills preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work from home (WFH) / Remote. - Part-time engagement. - Rotational morning and night shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Earn up to 8,000 EGP in commission. • Application Instructions: - Apply directly or submit your CV via WhatsApp as indicated.
