Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Komatsu Marketing and Support Indonesia is engaged in large distribution via PT. United Tractors Tbk (including exports and imports), after-sales services, and management consulting for the heavy equipment industry under the KOMATSU brand. The company is actively seeking a qualified Product Planning Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support product planning activities, after-sales operations, and technical coordination for heavy equipment. • Carry out engineering analysis, planning, and evaluation relating to electrical systems and equipment. • Perform work both at the head office and on-site in remote field locations as required. • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and deliver high-performance individual contributions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree (S1) graduate in Electrical Engineering or related engineering majors. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 to 2 years of work experience in the same field are preferred. • Proficient knowledge and strong technical foundation in the electrical engineering field. • Professional proficiency in operating Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Good personality, diligent, responsive, highly disciplined, and adaptable with a commitment to a long-term career. • Readily available to join as soon as possible. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite office placement located in Cakung, East Jakarta, Indonesia. • Willingness to work both in the office and in the field across remote areas.
