Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Kinden Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Operations professional to join our operations and engineering team in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting operations and engineering functions, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of electrical engineering projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide technical support and consulting services to clients on electrical engineering projects • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components to meet specific project requirements • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify and resolve electrical issues • Prepare and review comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and drawings • Assist with the development and implementation of corporate electrical engineering policies and procedures Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related engineering field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering operations or a closely related role • Strong technical knowledge and practical understanding of electrical systems, components, and best engineering practices • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise smoothly with clients and cross-functional teams • Thorough familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Location: Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Application Instructions: • Qualified applicants should send their updated CV to the designated HR recruitment email.
