Role & Company / Project Overview: GPC is actively seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator on behalf of a leading main building contractor. The successful candidate will join their established team and work across high-profile, major commercial projects in North & West Dublin. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services across major commercial construction projects. • Work closely with subcontractors, site management, design teams, and clients to ensure seamless building services integration. • Oversee site installations and verify that M&E work adheres to engineering specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. • Resolve technical M&E coordination challenges and design clashes on site. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven professional track record and experience as an M&E Coordinator within the construction sector. • Prior experience delivering large-scale commercial building projects with a main contractor. • Strong background in building services and mechanical/electrical engineering coordination. • Note: Client policy ensures CVs will never be sent to clients without explicit candidate permission. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Locations: North Dublin & West Dublin, Ireland. • Full-time construction site and office coordination role. Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: €65,000 to €75,000 (Dependent on Experience - DOE). • Additional benefits include a Company Vehicle or Travel Allowance.
