### Role & Company / Project Overview Tarang Properties LLC, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. If you are confident on calls, passionate about sales, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a Dubai real estate company, we would love to hear from you. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, actively engaging potential real estate clients • Conduct strong follow-ups, negotiations, and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with prospects • Maintain disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented daily outreach to drive sales opportunities ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience • Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills • Confident in handling calls and engaging potential clients • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined personality ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Remote (Work from Home) • Company base: Dubai, United Arab Emirates ### Compensation & Benefits • Basic Salary plus attractive commission ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should submit their updated CV for consideration
