• Role & Company / Project Overview A leading Real Estate Brokerage Firm is looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller to join its team. Female candidates are preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Make outbound calls and generate potential customer leads. - Explain property details and company services to prospective clients. - Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments. - Maintain customer databases and call records. - Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion. - Handle customer inquiries professionally. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. - Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. - Basic computer knowledge. - Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. - Open to freshers and experienced candidates. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: India • Application Instructions - Interested candidates please submit your CV or reach out via phone.
