Role & Company / Project Overview: Bonobos IT Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant for an offsite/remote contract opportunity. The consultant will lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO rollout activities across multiple countries and legal entities, taking charge from global template fit-gap analysis and blueprinting through configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO rollout activities across multiple countries and legal entities. • Deploy and localize the global finance template across core FI processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting) in line with local statutory, tax, and legal reporting requirements. • Configure Controlling (CO) processes, including Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing, aligned with group controlling standards. • Design and support group reporting and consolidation structures (SAP Group Reporting / BPC) to enable multi-entity close, intercompany reconciliation, and group-level financial statements. • Conduct fit-gap workshops with local finance teams and process owners, documenting requirements, solution designs, localization needs, and effort estimates. • Ensure end-to-end process integration with MM, SD, and other modules across PR, PO, Invoice, and payment processes. • Support data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and cutover execution for each rollout wave. • Provide post-go-live production support/hypercare, troubleshoot finance process issues, and drive continuous improvement and standardization of the global template. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience. • Proven track record of 2–3 full lifecycle rollouts deploying a global template to multiple countries or legal entities. • Strong configuration expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Product Costing) across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. • Experience with SAP Group Reporting or BPC for financial consolidation, multi-entity financial close, and group reporting. • Solid understanding of country localizations, statutory and tax requirements, and legal change management across multiple jurisdictions. • Experience integrating FI/CO with MM, SD, and downstream reporting tools, with the ability to assess fit-gaps and provide effort estimates. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and coordinate onshore and offshore teams.
