Role & Company / Project Overview: Al Shirawi / Oasis Investment Company is transitioning to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and is seeking a senior SAP Finance leader to direct and manage the FICO track across the entire group. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) on the Universal Journal and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA). • Lead Cash Management, Receivables Management (FSCM), and RE-FX tracks. • Drive finance process re-engineering and end-user adoption across diverse sectors including Contracting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Logistics. • Direct onshore/offshore teams as well as SI partners, maintaining ownership over SIT/UAT execution and RICEFW governance. • Serve as the primary finance liaison between C-suite executives, business heads, and IT leadership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–10+ years of proven experience in SAP FI/CO. • Proven track record of at least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. • Strong experience leading finance workstreams and managing hybrid delivery teams. • Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, multi-currency accounting, and financial consolidation. • Hands-on knowledge and proficiency in Cash Management, FSCM, and RE-FX. • Bonus Qualifications: Experience with Oracle EBS to S/4HANA migration, professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA, SAP certifications, and GCC conglomerate/EPC/real estate domain exposure.
