• Role & Company / Project Overview: Roots Sign Display Advertising LLC (RSDA), an established fabrication and signage company in Dubai, is hiring a Workshop Floor Supervisor to oversee daily factory and manufacturing floor operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise day-to-day workshop manufacturing and fabrication operations, including metal fabrication, acrylic work, painting, and signage assembly. - Allocate jobs to technicians, fabricators, and machine operators to meet project deadlines. - Enforce workshop quality standards, material efficiency, and strict occupational health and safety rules. - Monitor production workflow, inventory usage, and machinery maintenance. - Coordinate with design and site installation teams to ensure accurate build specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant workshop or factory floor supervisory experience. - Prior experience in signage fabrication, sheet metal, printing, or structural manufacturing is an added advantage. - Strong supervisory, organizational, and technical fabrication skills. - Commitment to precision, safety, and workmanship excellence. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Workshop Floor, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on industry standards and experience. - Health insurance coverage. - Opportunities for professional advancement. • Application Instructions: - Kindly submit your CV to the specified recruitment email.
