Role & Company / Project Overview: Malkoo HR Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and operational teams in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily shift activities, assign tasks to workers, and ensure production targets are fulfilled. • Monitor workplace safety compliance, output quality, and machine performance during the shift. • Address operational bottlenecks, coordinate with quality control, and maintain shift production logs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven supervisory experience in an industrial, fabrication, or manufacturing environment. • Strong team leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Nationality requirement: Indian and Nepali candidates only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Duty: 8 hours shift duty + overtime. • Location: Mussafah M13, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
