• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Test Baker to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our bakery products. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a passion for baking, product quality, and food innovation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct baking trials for cake, bread, and doughnut mixes. - Perform physical & chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products. - Release bulk batches in line with product specifications. - Investigate product complaints and support troubleshooting activities. - Maintain GMP, food safety, and quality standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated passion for baking, product quality, and food innovation. - Experience or technical understanding of baking trials across various bakery mixes (cakes, bread, doughnuts). - Knowledge of physical and chemical analysis techniques for raw materials and finished products. - Familiarity with batch release processes, product specifications, troubleshooting, and customer complaint investigations. - Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food safety, and quality management standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company benefits as applicable. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates may submit their updated CVs for review.
