Role & Company / Project Overview A reputable bakery shop located in Dubai is seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Baker. In this role, you will support the head baker and pastry team in daily production, ensuring all products are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Assist the Baker and Pastry Chef with daily preparation, measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and baking • Monitor oven timers, prepare trays, assemble baked goods, and support overall kitchen operations • Ensure work areas, utensils, and baking machinery are properly cleaned and sanitized Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant background, training, or prior experience in baking, pastry assistance, or kitchen prep • Familiarity with basic baking tools, kitchen hygiene, and food handling practices • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a fast-paced environment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Work Setting: Onsite bakery kitchen Compensation & Benefits • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month • Employment visa provided • Comprehensive health insurance • Annual return flight ticket • Duty meals and official uniform Application Instructions • Interested applicants should send their updated CV with the applied role specified in the subject line.
