• Role & Company / Project Overview: Furless Beauty Institute is hiring an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our beauty training institute in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on overseeing educational programs, managing team performance, and driving student enrollment and business growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the beauty training institute with a hands-on approach. - Oversee educational programs and curriculum delivery adhering to international beauty standards. - Manage team performance, foster effective team leadership, and drive operational excellence. - Direct sales performance, budgeting, and strategic business development initiatives. - Drive student enrollment and support long-term business expansion. - Ensure ongoing compliance with regional regulatory frameworks and international accrediting bodies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in beauty education, institute operations, or educational management. - Strong knowledge of CIDESCO, CIBTAC, and ITEC qualifications and standards. - Familiarity with KHDA, DHA, and UAE regulatory requirements. - Proven experience in team leadership, sales performance, budgeting, and business development. - Diploma in Esthetics, Skincare, or a related beauty discipline. - Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on approach to managing daily operations. - International applicants are welcome to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Work setup: Institute onsite operations. • Compensation & Benefits: - Full-time management position with competitive commercial scope. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates may submit their CV with the subject 'Operations Manager – Furless Beauty Institute' to the designated careers contact.
