This leadership role focuses on leading a professional team, driving clinic operations, and delivering an exceptional client experience across an aesthetic, beauty, luxury retail, or hospitality setting. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Take the lead in managing the aesthetic clinic branch operations and staff. - Lead, motivate, and manage clinic team members to achieve operational excellence. - Deliver an exceptional, high-end client experience. - Drive clinic sales, client retention, and business growth. - Oversee customer service standards and handle client relations effectively. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 7 years of relevant management experience in a B2C setting. - Prior background in Aesthetics, Beauty, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality management. - Bold, friendly, and sales-oriented personality. - Customer service experience is a plus. - Currently located in the UAE or willing to relocate on a single basis. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Onsite). - Single-basis relocation offered for international candidates ready to relocate to the UAE. • Compensation & Benefits - Monthly salary of USD 6,000 to USD 8,000. • Application Instructions - Share your CV via email with the subject line 'Branch Manager — UAE'.
