Role & Company / Project Overview: Asian Falcons Engineering & Contracting LLC is expanding its team in the UAE and inviting skilled, experienced, and hardworking candidates to apply for MEP construction projects during Phase 1 recruitment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and supervise plumbing teams on site to ensure timely and quality execution of plumbing works. • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems according to project specifications and drawings. • Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth MEP installation. • Enforce site safety and quality control standards across all plumbing activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven supervisory experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or residential MEP construction projects. • Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision skills. • Comprehensive understanding of plumbing blueprints, MEP drawings, and local building codes.
