Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Asian Falcons Engineering & Contracting LLC is expanding its electrical division and seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for Phase 1 recruitment across UAE projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise electrical installation teams, delegating work and monitoring daily on-site progress. • Oversee installation of electrical containment, cabling, DBs, panels, lighting, and power systems. • Review electrical shop drawings and coordinate with site engineers to prevent installation conflicts. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local authority regulations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven supervisory background as an Electrical Foreman on commercial/residential MEP projects. • Solid understanding of low voltage (LV) systems, wiring regulations, and blueprints. • Effective team leadership, communication, and site supervision skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates). • Target hiring deadline: 10 November 2026.
