Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Asian Falcons Engineering & Contracting LLC has an opening for a Pipe Insulator to work on chilled water (CHW) piping systems in the UAE. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Apply insulation materials to chilled water pipes, valves, flanges, and fittings. • Fit insulation jackets, vapor seals, and cladding to prevent condensation and thermal loss. • Inspect installed insulation to ensure full coverage and airtight compliance with MEP specifications. • Follow construction safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Pipe Insulator on chilled water / MEP piping networks. • Familiarity with different insulation materials, adhesives, and cladding techniques. • Good craftsmanship and attention to detail.
