• Role & Company / Project Overview: Best For You HR Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Civil Foreman on behalf of a valued construction client in Dubai, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Supervise site construction activities, oversee daily labor operations, subcontractors, and heavy equipment allocation. Ensure all civil works comply strictly with project drawings, engineering specifications, and safety guidelines. Coordinate with project engineers to plan daily site targets, inspect materials upon delivery, and enforce quality control. Track on-site worker attendance, report construction progress, and resolve day-to-day site execution issues. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Must possess 3 to 5 years of solid civil site supervision experience in the UAE. Strong background in managing construction crews, civil structural works, and finishing operations.
