• Role & Company / Project Overview Bray Consultants is expanding into Dubai and the wider Gulf market and building an investment vertical. With a strong existing circle of founders possessing real projects that require funding, we are seeking an on-the-ground professional in Dubai who understands the investor landscape as intimately as we know the founder side. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Bring in investors, family offices, angel networks, and funds to back early-stage and growth-stage projects. - Review the projects across our network, evaluate and pick fundable opportunities, and assist in shaping them for prospective investors. - Facilitate warm introductions and drive conversations through to closed investment deals. - Advise founders on pitch presentations, business valuation, and deal structuring. - Assist the leadership team in understanding the Dubai and GCC investment landscape during regional setup. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Solid track record and experience in investments, venture capital (VC), private equity, or fundraising, supported by demonstrable deals. - Established, authentic network across Dubai and the GCC (focused on responsiveness and genuine relationships over contact list size). - Strong capability to analyze businesses, financial models, and founding teams to provide honest evaluations on viability. - Good to have: Knowledge of DIFC / ADGM regulatory frameworks, prior experience working with startups from India or the Middle East, and proficiency in Hindi or Arabic. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) - On-the-ground regional presence required. • Compensation & Benefits - Direct reporting line to the founder with significant strategic input into building Gulf operations. - Access to a growing pipeline of high-potential founders and projects. - Compensation structure to be discussed: Base salary, success-based commission, or a hybrid model. • Application Instructions - Submit a short note detailing past deals worked on, potential investor connections you can bring in, along with your CV or LinkedIn profile.
