Role & Company / Project Overview: Join a prestigious, dynamic, established, and growth-oriented wealth platform in Dubai as a Junior Relationship Manager in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory. This role offers exposure to global investment opportunities within a collaborative, high-performance team in a thriving financial hub. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients. • Build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. • Provide investment and wealth management advisory solutions. • Support client acquisition, manage client relationships, and help drive investment and wealth management solutions. • Identify cross-selling opportunities across investment products and services. • Prepare client proposals, portfolio reviews, and presentations. • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client servicing and transaction support. • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience Required: 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory. • Strong client relationship management and business development skills. • Proven expertise in HNI/UHNI client servicing and client acquisition. • Good understanding of investment products, financial markets, investment advisory, and portfolio monitoring & management. • Proficiency in cross-selling & upselling, KYC/AML compliance, problem solving, and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory is preferred.
