Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview An experienced and proactive Customer Support Admin is required to join a Dubai-based proprietary trading firm (Prop Firm) operating in the proprietary trading, Forex, and CFD brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on customer support experience in trading environments and be comfortable resolving client inquiries across multiple communication channels. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, Discord, and other customer support channels. - Assist traders with account-related issues, trading challenges, payout inquiries, and platform-related queries. - Troubleshoot basic trading platform issues and promptly escalate technical concerns to relevant internal teams when necessary. - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure diligent, timely follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. - Deliver a professional customer experience while consistently maintaining high service standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven customer support experience within a prop firm or Forex/CFD brokerage (mandatory). - Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, or Match-Trader. - Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Discord is an advantage. - Strong understanding of trader onboarding, account management, and common trading-related issues. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation details to be discussed based on current and expected salary disclosures during the application process. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant customer support experience in the trading industry should submit their updated CV along with notice period, current salary, and expected salary details to the listed recruitment email.
