Role & Company / Project Overview: Agile Project Management Advisors is looking for a qualified Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE (Job Reference: PE-001). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and maintain Baseline Programmes, Updated Programmes, Recovery Programmes, and Look-Ahead Schedules. • Progress measurement, critical path analysis, resource and progress monitoring, and comprehensive project reporting. • Identify and analyse delays and their impact on the project programme. • Delay analysis and EOT evaluation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. • Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls within the construction industry. • Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6. • Good understanding of progress measurement, critical path analysis, resource/progress monitoring, and project reporting. • Ability to identify and analyse delays and their overall impact on the project programme; familiarity with EOT and delay analysis is an advantage. • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Must currently be based in the UAE. • Must be available to join within 1 month. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Standard commercial construction engineering working schedule.
