Role & Company / Project Overview: LSHR Facilities Management L.L.C. is hiring an Architecture / Structural Warehouse Draughtsman to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This opening is for UAE-available candidates only to support warehouse and industrial construction and fit-out drafting initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Produce accurate architectural and structural drawings tailored to warehouse and industrial projects. • Perform 2D drafting and detailing in AutoCAD. • Read, interpret, and cross-reference engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents. • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure alignment of architectural and structural drafting standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong and proven knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and design. • Practical experience in preparing architectural and structural drawings, specifically for warehouse projects. • Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. • Relevant work experience in warehouse and industrial projects is preferred. • Open strictly to candidates currently available in the UAE. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Interview Mode: Hybrid (Online & Face-to-Face). • Target Date: October 2026.
