Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Echo Build Trading & Contracting W.L.L. is hiring a qualified and diligent Safety Officer to join its project operations team in Qatar. The role is responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety compliance across contracting activities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement, monitor, and enforce occupational health and safety standards on project sites. - Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and eliminate workplace risks. - Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and standard operating procedures. - Supervise workforce adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) and environmental health guidelines. - Prepare and submit health, safety, and incident reports to management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Must hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate obtained strictly in 2022 or later. - Relevant hands-on experience in occupational health and safety within trading and contracting/construction environments. - In-depth, practical knowledge of workplace safety standards, protocols, and statutory procedures. - Must currently be based in Qatar. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Qatar. - Work environment: Site and contracting operations. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: QAR 5,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates should email their updated CV along with a copy of their valid NEBOSH Certificate to the official recruitment email.
