• Role & Company / Project Overview Simplix is hiring a Business Architect based in Doha, Qatar to support a major transformation programme with an established client. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build and maintain business capability maps and value-stream models. - Map organizational capabilities to processes, business services, applications, and strategic goals. - Run workshops with business leaders to align and agree upon current and target states. - Turn architecture findings into actionable recommendations that guide investment and transformation decisions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business transformation, or operating-model design. - TOGAF certification, or another recognized Enterprise Architecture (EA) or business architecture certification. - Hands-on expertise with ArchiMate, BPMN, and architecture tools such as Orbus, LeanIX, ARIS, or Bizzdesign. - Experience working in government, tax, financial services, or another regulated sector is a strong plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Doha, Qatar. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Apply via direct message or WhatsApp.
