Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview An export-oriented woven garments manufacturing factory located in Ashulia, Dhaka is looking for a dependable Security In-Charge to take charge of the security infrastructure and surveillance management across the manufacturing facility. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise factory security personnel, gate operations, and access control systems - Monitor the physical security of plant premises, personnel, warehouse materials, and finished goods shipments - Conduct regular facility inspections, enforce emergency response plans, and oversee fire safety and incident reporting - Manage visitor records, vehicle movement, entry/exit logs, and surveillance systems • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant experience in security administration and supervision, preferably within garments manufacturing factories or large industrial facilities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and deploy security staff effectively - Background in industrial security standards, emergency evacuation protocols, and physical surveillance • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh - Work setup: Full-time onsite at factory premises • Compensation & Benefits - Expected Salary: Negotiable as per company policy • Application Instructions - Interested and experienced applicants should forward their CV to the specified company email address.
