• Role & Company / Project Overview Riseup Labs is seeking an experienced AI Systems Engineer / Agentic Engineer to build and deploy production-focused AI solutions for North American SaaS products. The position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to solve real-world problems using advanced AI agent frameworks, large language models (LLMs), and automation systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems, AI agents, and intelligent automations. - Implement and fine-tune solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for production-grade software. - Build reliable, scalable, and production-focused AI architectures integrated with SaaS platforms. - Participate in daily standups and async collaboration with North American team members. - Solve complex architectural and system challenges using modern artificial intelligence technologies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3+ years of relevant software and AI engineering experience. - Hands-on expertise with LLMs, AI agents, automation pipelines, and AI-powered systems. - Proven background in developing and maintaining production-focused AI applications. - Strong spoken and written English communication skills to interact effectively with international engineering teams. - Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Workplace: 100% Remote. - Working Hours / Shifts: US Business Hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time / Bangladesh Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time). - Full-time position. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive mid-to-senior level salary package. • Application Instructions - Submit your application via the provided application link or email your resume directly.
