Role & Company / Project Overview: RevForge Global is an AI-powered software and digital technology company building websites, web applications, software, SaaS products, AI solutions, and automation systems for clients across the US, UK, UAE, and international markets. The company is seeking a skilled and responsible Web Developer who can turn client requirements into clean, responsive, production-ready websites and web applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build modern websites and web apps using React / Next.js • Convert designs, briefs, and requirements into polished products • Integrate APIs and third-party services • Use AI tools to improve development speed and productivity • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code • Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines • Take ownership of assigned projects from development to delivery Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1–3 years of practical experience with React / Next.js • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first development • API integration experience • Basic Node.js knowledge is a plus • Git/GitHub experience • Portfolio or GitHub with real projects • Good written English and professional communication • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Honest and responsible approach to deadlines and project work Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • 100% Remote (anywhere in Bangladesh) • Full-time engagement Compensation & Benefits: • 40,000 BDT/month • Real international client projects • Growth opportunities in a fast-moving technology company • Exposure to AI, automation, SaaS, and modern software development Selection Process & Practical Test Task: Shortlisted candidates will complete a 2–3 day practical test task before the interview: Build a responsive landing page using React or Next.js for a fictional digital agency (including Hero section, Services section, Contact form, responsive/mobile-friendly design, clean and organized code). Submission includes GitHub repository, live deployment on Netlify or Vercel, and a short explanation of implementation.
