Role & Company / Project Overview Reach Us Consultancy is hiring a technically skilled Service Engineer in Delhi NCR / North India to handle field service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support activities for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), construction equipment, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Installation, commissioning & troubleshooting of Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) • Preventive maintenance and breakdown support • Customer training and technical assistance • Warranty claim handling and service reporting • Coordination with dealers and customers for service activities • Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer locations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related engineering field • 1–5 years of relevant service/field service experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory • Valid driving licence preferred • Hands-on experience with AWP, construction equipment, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery strongly preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Delhi NCR / North India • Field service role involving extensive travel within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions • Submit your resume via email and complete the required Google Form.
