Role & Company / Project Overview Reach Us Consultancy is hiring a technically skilled Service Engineer in Ahmedabad to handle field service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support activities for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), construction equipment, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Installation, commissioning & troubleshooting of Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) • Preventive maintenance and breakdown support • Customer training and technical assistance • Warranty claim handling and service reporting • Coordination with dealers and customers for service activities • Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer locations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related engineering field • 1–5 years of relevant service/field service experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory • Valid driving licence preferred • Hands-on experience with AWP, construction equipment, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery strongly preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India • Field service role involving extensive travel within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions • Submit your resume via email and complete the required Google Form.
