Role & Company / Project Overview: Group Landmark is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join their automotive service center network across Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Greet automobile service customers, understand vehicle issues, and prepare comprehensive repair estimates and job cards • Liaise between vehicle owners and workshop technical staff to ensure all repairs are performed properly and on schedule • Explain repair work and invoices clearly to customers and ensure exceptional post-service customer satisfaction Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory Requirement: Experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and thorough understanding of automotive mechanical systems and servicing Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi NCR, India (Dealership Workshop / Service Facility) Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Attractive remuneration as per industry standards Application Instructions: • Qualified applicants from the automobile industry should forward their resume for consideration.
