### Role & Company / Project Overview Aviation Indeed is hiring for the role of Passenger Duty Officer (PAx DO) to take overall operational charge of passenger handling and ground services at Delhi Airport. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage airport terminal passenger handling operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth turnaround. • Direct supervisory staff (PSA TLs) and ground staff across terminal counters, gates, and ramp transitions. • Handle critical operational disruptions, flight delays, passenger re-accommodation, and crisis management. • Ensure strict adherence to Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) norms, airline SOPs, and safety protocols. • Monitor service quality levels and coordinate with airport operators, security agencies, and airline stations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader (TL) / PSA TL in airport ground operations. • Education: Graduate degree. • Skills: Advanced airport operational leadership, operational planning, conflict resolution, and communication skills. • Documentation: Valid passport holders or applicants. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts. • Job Location: Delhi Airport, New Delhi / Delhi, India. • Walk-in / Interview Venue: 250, 1st Floor, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015. ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: Competitive salary aligned with aviation industry standards. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by sending an updated CV via email or registering through the official drive.
