• Role & Company / Project Overview DR Design Private Limited is hiring an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Expert in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, focused on delivering measurable customer acquisition and high-performing advertising campaigns. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Formulate, deploy, and continuously optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and display ad channels. - Monitor conversion funnels, ad spend allocation, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). - Run A/B testing on ad copies, visual creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. - Generate insightful campaign performance reports and provide data-backed strategic recommendations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition. - Hands-on competence with paid advertising networks, analytics tools, and conversion tracking. - Strong data analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time onsite engagement based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Monthly salary of ₹12,500 to ₹30,000 per month. - Collaborative environment with opportunities to work on live projects and scale digital products. • Application Instructions Submit your CV via email to apply for the position.
