Role & Company / Project Overview: Multigraphics Print Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting an IT Manager to oversee its technology infrastructure and network operations in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. As part of a growing printing and packaging manufacturing organization, the role offers a progressive work environment emphasizing safety, quality, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and maintain complete IT infrastructure, network, and systems. • Ensure smooth functioning of hardware and software across the organization. • Provide user support and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues. • Handle Windows/Linux system administration. • Implement robust IT security measures and routine data backup procedures. • Oversee ERP, MS Office, software management, system upgrades, and new technology implementations. • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and provide leadership to the IT team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT / Computer Science. • Experience: As per discussion. • Sound knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and system administration. • Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Practical knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and relevant software platforms. • Proven leadership, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
