Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled and certified IT System Administrator to manage and support our server infrastructure, networks, and system-level applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers. • Manage LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, and PC networking. • Set up and maintain local servers with employee-only access. • Administer FTP/SFTP/SSH protocols and ensure secure data transmission. • Manage GitHub/GitLab repositories, including push/pull operations. • Perform regular data and server backups and maintain robust recovery mechanisms. • Deploy websites and ensure server uptime and maximum availability. • Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices alongside secure configurations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. • Hands-on experience in network administration, internet connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting. • Knowledge of website deployment, server security hardening, and database management. • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and remote user support. • Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or other automation scripting languages. • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for server and network issues.
