• Role & Company / Project Overview Prime Sunshine Private Limited is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will contribute to upcoming luxury salon, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects, handling architectural design, technical documentation, space planning, and on-site execution. We are seeking a professional who enjoys working across the complete architectural process — from conceptual design and technical drawings to site coordination and execution. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling practical project challenges are encouraged to apply. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. - Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation for project execution. - Assist in space planning and architectural design development. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams. - Conduct site visits, measurements, and execution inspections. - Ensure on-site execution aligns with approved drawings and design specifications. - Identify and resolve architectural and execution-related challenges at project sites. - Coordinate materials, construction details, and design specifications. - Support multiple projects and regional site requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution. - Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, commercial, retail, hospitality, or similar projects. - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization is an advantage. - Core Competencies: Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, and space planning; strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage design documentation as well as on-site execution. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Base Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand / Regional Project Sites. - Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with their portfolio showcasing relevant architectural projects and design work.
