• Role & Company / Project Overview Subash Associates is hiring a detail-oriented Architect with 3 to 4 years of experience to join the team. In this role, the architect will collaborate closely with the Senior Architect and Principal Architect across multiple projects through all project stages. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Maintain close coordination with the Senior Architect and Principal Architect throughout all stages of the projects. - Lead client liaison, understand project requirements, and incorporate client feedback effectively. - Coordinate seamlessly with the core team, external consultants, and site execution teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 4 years of relevant architectural experience. - Demonstrated proficiency in preparing comprehensive technical, working, and construction drawings. - Strong capability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Robust understanding of construction detailing, materials, specifications, and on-site execution. - Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and proven capacity to meet project deadlines. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work location is based at the firm's office in Chandigarh, India. - Standard architectural studio working hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation commensurate with architectural experience and skill set. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV and architectural portfolio via email.
