• Role & Company / Project Overview: ARX is seeking qualified and experienced safety professionals for the position of Supervisor – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) to oversee safety protocols and compliance for the Rammam Hydro Project. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and implement Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) practices and protocols across project sites. - Oversee safety standards and hazard prevention specific to hydro projects, dams, and barrages. - Ensure site operations strictly adhere to environmental health and industrial safety regulations. - Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify risks, and enforce preventative measures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Educational Qualifications: - Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. - Full-time Diploma in Safety / Fire Safety / Industrial Safety is strictly mandatory. - Experience Requirements: - Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant safety experience. - B.Tech graduates: Minimum 3 years of relevant safety experience. - Mandatory hands-on experience in hydro projects, dams, and/or barrages. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Project Site: Rammam Hydro Project, Darjeeling / Kalimpong district, West Bengal, India. - Work Mode: Onsite project location. • Application Instructions: - Candidates meeting the specified eligibility criteria can share their updated CV to the designated email address provided in the contact fields.
