Role & Company / Project Overview: Adarsh Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Safety Officer with transmission sector background to oversee workplace health and safety protocols across project sites in Karnataka. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Enforce strict occupational health and safety (EHS) policies and guidelines on transmission construction sites. • Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety drills. • Provide safety induction and ongoing training to site workers and contractors, and investigate any incidents or near misses. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of hands-on safety management experience specifically in the transmission sector. • Relevant certifications in industrial safety / occupational health and safety standards. • Knowledge of regulatory safety compliance and hazard mitigation procedures on high-voltage and construction sites. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Karnataka, India. • Work mode: Onsite field operations.
