Role & Company / Project Overview: Xove Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior iOS Automation Framework Engineer with 12+ years of experience for an exciting opportunity supporting a leading airline client (Southwest Airlines). This is a framework ownership role, not just a traditional QA testing position. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead automation framework development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance • Take complete ownership of the automation framework rather than solely writing test cases • Work directly within the native iOS application codebase to inspect, troubleshoot, and debug issues • Drive CI/CD and test automation integration across deployment pipelines • Collaborate closely with the Android engineering and iOS development teams • Ensure high standards for software quality and application accessibility Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of relevant IT and automation framework experience • Strong production experience in Swift development • Deep expertise in Xcode, XCUITest, and XCUI • Experience with Fastlane for build automation and release workflows • Proficient in Python scripting for CI/CD pipelines and automation tasks • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD • Solid debugging and analytical problem-solving skills • Nice to have: Experience with JIRA and Atlassian tools • Nice to have: Experience with AWS Device Farm • Nice to have: Familiarity with accessibility experience and awareness • Nice to have: Cross-platform exposure to Android Espresso (React Native, Flutter) Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas, Texas (preferred) / Remote options available • Work arrangement: Onsite / Remote / Hybrid depending on the position • Target start date: Before the end of October Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay provided by Xove Consulting • Collaborative teams and career growth opportunities Application Instructions: • Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their updated resume referencing the position title in the subject line.
