Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead a cross-functional delivery pod and drive end-to-end solution design, architecture, and program execution for enterprise transformation initiatives at Infosys offices in Dallas, TX. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Independently lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and finalize requirements aligned with Salesforce and Sitetracker capabilities. - Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. - Define scalable architecture that uses platform capabilities and minimizes customization. - Establish and enforce solution design and delivery best practices. - Lead cross-functional teams through architecture, delivery, and program execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of total experience. - 10+ years of Salesforce experience. - 2+ years of Sitetracker experience. - 3+ years as a Solution Architect, including at least one Sitetracker project. - Experience integrating Sitetracker with Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Architecture experience spanning multiple systems and business units. - Visa requirement: H1-B. - Preferred: ServiceNow integration experience and a background in the communications industry. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Infosys offices — Dallas, Texas, United States • Application Instructions Interested candidates and staffing partners please share relevant candidate profiles and resumes with LinkedIn profile, current location, availability, and Salesforce/Sitetracker project experience.
