Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Techno-Functional Mobile Lead for a C2C engagement to drive strategic mobile and omnichannel retail initiatives aimed at enhancing the in-store shopping experience. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead mobile app strategy, architecture, and solution design across iOS and Android. - Drive in-store digital experiences, including store pricing, product location, inventory visibility, promotions, digital wallets, and scan-and-buy capabilities. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural direction. - Lead and mentor offshore development teams while collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 12–17 years of experience in mobile application development. - Strong hands-on expertise in native iOS and Android. - Experience in eCommerce, omnichannel retail, and digital customer experiences. - Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and offshore team management skills.
