• Role & Company / Project Overview SSPL Consultancy is conducting urgent hiring on behalf of a leading FMCG client for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – IT in Cuttack, Odisha. This role is within the Information Technology department and reports directly to the IT Head / Management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage day-to-day IT administration and application support. - Coordinate and provide technical support for the TCS iON platform and related applications. - Support ERP, HRMS, MIS, and other enterprise applications. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Purchase, Sales, Production, Quality, and Operations departments. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS and management reports. - Work extensively on MS Excel, utilizing Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF, data filtering, and complex data analysis. - Maintain basic database management and ensure data integrity across systems. - Coordinate with external IT vendors and software support teams for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and platform implementation. - Ensure prompt and timely resolution of technical and application-related issues. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: MCA / B.Tech (Computer Science) / B.Tech (IT) / BCA (Computer Science). - Experience: 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in IT administration and application support. - Hands-on proficiency with TCS iON, ERP, HRMS, and MIS applications. - Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting capabilities. - Basic knowledge of database management and data integrity principles. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Industry: FMCG. - Location: Cuttack, Odisha, India. - Department: Information Technology. - Reporting To: IT Head / Management. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional growth and career advancement within a reputed FMCG organization. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant experience are requested to share their updated resumes via email or WhatsApp.
