• Role & Company / Project Overview Suguna Foods Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading poultry organizations, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented logistics professional to join our team in Cuttack, Odisha. Be part of integrated poultry operations while advancing your career in logistics management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Plan and manage dispatches, transportation, vehicle allocation, and route optimization. - Coordinate with dispatch teams, suppliers, transporters, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Monitor vehicle movement and performance through GPS tracking systems. - Ensure the safe and timely delivery of chicks, eggs, feed, and other goods. - Manage fleet maintenance schedules, vehicle utilization, driver recruitment, and training. - Handle road accident reporting, insurance claims, and related formalities. - Monitor statutory compliance, logistics expenses, asset utilization, and MIS reporting. - Implement logistics policies, SOPs, and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency. - Evaluate vendor performance and develop new vendor partnerships. - Conduct regular visits to regional locations to review manpower and asset performance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduation - Experience: 6–12 years of professional logistics experience - Age Criteria: 25–40 years - Preferred Industries: Poultry, FMCG, and Dairy - Core Skills: Fleet management, transportation planning, dispatch operations, and logistics optimization • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cuttack, Odisha, India - Work Mode: Full-time onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: As per market standards • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
