Role & Company / Project Overview Zapnix Inc. is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer specializing in Signal Processing & Analog Circuits based in Cupertino, CA. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, analyze, and optimize electronic circuits using signal processing and systems theory. • Apply Z-domain and Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) concepts for signal analysis. • Develop, test, and troubleshoot analog circuits. • Design and analyze filters, including band-pass filters. • Perform network analysis and interpret parameters such as S21 using network analyzers. • Perform voltage, current, and power calculations. • Collaborate with engineering teams and document testing procedures and technical findings. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Strong knowledge of signal processing, analog and digital circuits, and systems analysis. • Understanding of analog signals, waveforms, and filter design. • Experience with network analysis tools and techniques. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Preferred: Hands-on experience with advanced measurement equipment and high-end network analyzers. • Preferred: Knowledge of testing instruments and their practical applications. • Preferred: Familiarity with signal processing in the Z-domain.
